Registration Requirements

 

In order to complete the registration process, you must bring the following items:  

 

Birth Certificate:  A copy of your child's birth certificate.  We will need to keep it in the team file for the duration of the season, so please bring a copy along with the original.

 

Insurance Information:  You will need your current insurance information including policy number to complete your application.

 

Parent Consent:  One parent or legal guardian must accompany the child in order to sign our parent consent form.

 

Registration Fees:  You will need to bring cash or a check payable to Shafter Youth Football, in the amount of $150.  Registration fee includes a spirit pack which consists of a shirt and shorts with our team logo.

 

Weight Requirements

 

For safety reasons we comply with the GEYF weight policy to ensure all players are equally matched with kids their own size.  For this reason your child will need to be present during registration for weigh in.  See weight table below to see where your child currently stands.
